Membership Benefits

Two Membership Levels

Principal - $3,000 per year

Principal members are companies acquiring, developing, or redeveloping real estate and/or own a substantial portfolio of buildings or land in the Ann Arbor area.

Principal Members serve as the foundation of Smart Growth Ann Arbor's advocacy efforts and help shape the organization's strategic direction. Members at this level are eligible to serve on the Executive Committee.

Affiliate - $1,000 per year

Affiliate members are individuals or organizations that play a prominent role in the greater Ann Arbor area economy or have direct or indirect roles in real estate development or construction.

Affiliate Members gain valuable access to industry connections, market intelligence, and advocacy efforts that support a thriving Ann Arbor region.
